CCHS Music Boosters

𝗛𝗘𝗟𝗣 𝗡𝗘𝗘𝗗𝗘𝗗 

The CCHS Music Boosters will again set up a Taste Table at the Cameron County Fair. 

This year, it will be on Thursday, August 6th. We need your help to make this event a success.

How You Can Help: 

1. 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗵 𝗗𝗼𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀: Contribute a dish to be served at the event. 

2. 𝗩𝗼𝗹𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗲𝗿: Sign up to help serve food at the table.

This fundraiser is a popular and relatively easy way to support our music program, with nearly all proceeds going directly to our cause. Please consider signing up as soon as possible. Sign ups are open to all band and bandfront families, as well as any other supporters of the band.

We’re using SignUp.com again this year to organize all our volunteer opportunities—including the Taste Table at the Fair and our upcoming Concession Stand shifts.

 This is the only method we’ll be using to collect sign-ups, so if you aren't familiar, we hope you will take a moment to give it a try and of course, we are happy to help guide you in the process.

2. Browse the available slots and click the green SIGN UP button next to the one(s) you’d like to volunteer for. 

3. Enter your information. Good news: You do not need to create an account or password to sign up. 

Your email is only used so we can send you reminders and contact you if needed.

 4. Click "Save and Done"—and you’re all set! Let us know if you have any questions or run into trouble—we’re happy to help.
