Rebecca J. "Becky" Guise
Rebecca J. "Becky" Guise, 59, of Driftwood, PA, passed away unexpectedly Friday afternoon, October 30, 2026.
She was born November 21, 1966, in Waynesboro, PA, a daughter of Carl Devinney of Dry Run, PA, and Nancy Fox of Jacksonville, Florida. On April 13, 1988, in Carlisle, PA, she married Randy L. Guise, who survives.
Becky was a graduate of Carlisle Area High School. She began her working career as a school bus driver for Royers Bus Service before moving to Cameron County, where she continued transporting students for the Cameron County School District. She took pride in her work and enjoyed the connections she made along the way.
Becky was a life member of the May Hollow Sportsman Club and had a genuine love for the outdoors. She enjoyed watching the elk, spending time outside, and attending dirt track sprint car races. One event that held a particularly special place in her heart was the annual dirt track race held in memory of her late son, Jerome. It was a meaningful way to remember and honor the son she loved and missed so dearly.
Becky's greatest happiness in life came from her family. She was a devoted wife, loving mother, and proud grandmother who cherished each and every one of them. Her family was her world, and she found her greatest rewards in the everyday moments spent together. She carried a special love for her children and grandchildren, and the memories they shared will remain with them always.
Becky will be remembered as a woman who loved her family deeply, enjoyed the simple pleasures of life, and treasured the people and activities that meant the most to her. Though her passing was unexpected, the love she gave and the memories she leaves behind will live on in the hearts of her family and friends.
In addition to her parents and husband, Randy, she is survived by two daughters, Jesica Skvarka of Ocala, FL, and Tiffany Musgrave (John) of Driftwood; seven grandchildren, Taylor, Bowen, Kayla, Wyatt, Zayden, William, and Jonathan; sister, Emily Curry of Chambersburg, PA; two brothers, Ed and John.
She was preceded in death by her son, Jerome Guise; and a brother, Joseph.
The family will receive friends at the Barnett Funeral Home, 207 E. 4th St., Emporium, PA Saturday, November 14, 2026 at 11:00 AM followed by a Memorial Service at 12:00 PM with Rev. Kenneth Bailey, Pastor of Endless Mountains Methodist Church, officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to assist the family with final expenses.

Happy November 1st!
Our Amazon Wishlist is now open and will remain open through the end of November.
One thing we have noticed over the past few years is that the "teen" tags often get passed over on the trees downtown. The teens also tend to have more specific interests and wish lists that often require a little bit more time to fulfill/order, so this year, we decided to really focus on adding their wish list items to the registry (along with a few younger children's items added that may be hard to purchase in store).
Last year we had so much success with our first wish list, so I am hoping we can clear much of this year's list as well.
We also added a gift card fund if anyone is interested in donating.
This will help us to fulfill any leftover gifts from the registry or tags left on the trees at the end of the season.
If you purchase from the list, please purchase it directly from the list rather than searching for the item and then adding to the cart. This ensures that the item is removed from the list once purchased.
If you have any difficulties with that, just let us know what you purchased and we will take it off the list.
Please share!
And thank you to all who have purchased in the past and who continue to help support us!
