While your out, stop by Strahls on Rich Valley Road or the Mason Farm on Rt 120 E for all your pumpkins, gourds, & cornstalks!

At anytime, the Sylvan Heritage Council invites you to take a walk or a drive around Emporium and view our 185 military banners! The banners stretch from the west to east end bridges and from Second to Sixth Streets. On this day and every day, Cameron County is military proud and strong!

Sinnemahoning State Park 
Sunday, October 3, 2021, 10:00 AM – 11:30 AM, Fall Foliage Bike Ride
. Join the park naturalist for a morning bike ride along the Lowlands Trail, as we look closely at the colors of fall and the natural processes that cause this dramatic change. Bring your own bicycle or use one of ours. Ride will be 3-5 miles on improved gravel trail. All experience levels welcome. Limited number of adult-sized bikes available upon request. In front of the Wildlife Center

Sinnemahoning State Park 
Sunday, October 3, 2021, 1:00 PM - 2:30 PM, Monarch Butterfly Tagging. Monarch butterfly migration presentation followed by a short walk to catch, tag, and release monarch butterflies. Arial nets provided. Wear closed-toe shoes and be prepared to walk through fields. All ages welcome. Note: The tagging portion of the program will not take place in damp or rainy weather. Meet in Wildlife Center Classroom.

Stop into your favorite restaurant or bar, drive to the Top of the World or take a hike anywhere in Cameron County ~ Have a great weekend!
