Sinnemahone Triple Crown Gravel Race Results
Cameron County hosted the Sinnemahone Gravel Race Saturday. More than 60 competitors started and finished the races. Participants came from New York, Ohio, Oklahoma, and Pennsylvania. Riders had their choice of a 14 mile course, 26 or 55 miles.
The first place male finisher in the 14 mile course Joseph Woodford from Ridgway, PA with a finishing time of 51:07. The first place female in the race was Valerie Van Breuge from Emporium, PA. She finished in 1:03:30.
The first place male finisher in the 26 mile course was Christopher Witmer from Jersey Shore PA. Witmer finished in 1:48:37. The first place female was Sarah Batson from Coudersport, PA.
Taking home first place honors in the 55 mile race was Curtis Smith from DuBois, PA riding the course is 3:10:47. The top female finisher was Angela Horst from Lancaster, PA. Horst finished the race in 3:43:55. Horst also placed first in her Sinnemahone Paddle event. Complete results can be found online at www.Sinnemahone.org.
The final leg of the triple crown is Saturday October 16. Registration is pen till October 15.
