The Computer & Network Support Specialist’s (CNSS) primary role is to provide technical support for network issues, computer and peripheral hardware/software issues, and anti-virus software & firewall appliances. They will also conduct data restorations, schedule and perform backups, and assist in installations of network equipment and cabling infrastructure. The CNSS will provide both phone and field support working directly with the customer. Help us spread the word!
