Road User Charge for Electric and Plug-In Hybrid Vehicles

 

Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) 

 Under state law, electric or plug-in hybrid vehicle owners will soon be required to pay a road user charge with a new or renewed vehicle registration. 

PennDOT will send you a form with the payment details.
