Market season is just around the corner, and you know what that means—it’s time to start introducing you to our amazing lineup of vendors!
We’ve got some returning favorites and a few exciting new faces you won’t want to miss. Stay tuned as we spotlight the talented folks who make our market so special!
Is there any better way to start the day than with the smell of fresh-baked bread in the air? We didn’t think so—and we’ve got great news: our beloved mother-daughter baking duo is back for another delicious season at the market!
Yes, we’re thrilled to welcome Laura and Theresa of Zoschg Baking back to the Emporium Town Square! This will be their fourth year delighting us with their homemade breads and rolls, and if past seasons are any indication, you’ll want to get in line early—these ladies are popular!
Their staple lineup includes favorites like White, Rye, High Protein, and Sweet Brown breads, plus a variety of rolls. And for those looking for something a little extra, keep an eye out for their rotating specials—you might catch a batch of Sweet Rolls, Norwegian loaves, Vorte Limpa, Cinnamon-Raisin, or their beautifully crusty Overnight Artisan Bread.
But that’s not all! This season, Laura and Theresa are adding even more sweetness to their stall with a monthly batch of something fun and indulgent—think desserts, cookies, or whatever inspires their baking magic that month. While the final treats are still in the works, last year’s success with macarons has us all eagerly awaiting what’s next!
Catch them every 2nd Saturday of the month, starting Saturday, May 10, from 9am to 12pm at the Emporium Town Square. Come early, bring your appetite, and discover what Zoschg Baking and the rest of our wonderful vendors have in store this season!
