The Barbara Moscato Brown Memorial
Library is cooking up something irresistible—our first ever Beef on Weck Fundraiser!
Sink your
teeth into the king of sandwiches while supporting your favorite library.
For just a donation of $7 per sandwich, you’ll enjoy tender sirloin tip roast beef piled high on a
legendary kummelweck roll, sprinkled with coarse salt and caraway seeds.
Need a little zing?
We’ve got horseradish and mustard on the side to bring the heat!
How to Get Your Hands on One
Here’s the deal: sandwiches are available by pre-order only, so don’t wait until it’s too late.
Place
your order by Friday, February 14, 2025, by calling the library at 814-486-8011, stopping by
27 West 4 th St. in Emporium, scanning the QR code (shown in photo), and the library’s website.
Credit card payments will be accepted for orders placed online.
Mark your calendar for Friday, February 28, 2025, when your sandwich (or sandwiches!) will
be ready for pick-up at the library in the Multipurpose Room from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
