Northern Tier Community Action Corporation Head Start & Pre-K Counts
We are incredibly proud to recognize Sabina Hoffower, a graduate of Emporium Head Start, on this accomplishment! Only two students in the entire state of Pennsylvania receive this award, and Sabina's impressive record for both academics and community involvement lead to her selection by the Pennsylvania Head Start Association. Sabina is going to take the world by storm, and we are grateful for the small part we were able to play in Sabina's success.
