Today we are very excited to be welcoming Jim Wendel and Matt Kowalchik with The Hygrade Inn back to the market again this season!
Jim and Matt were hugely popular last year with their delicious and innovative home-baked goods.
Their selection included hearty breads and rolls such as Chipotle Swiss, Sun-Dried Tomato and Asiago Cheese, Kalamata Olive and Rosemary. Some of their most popular items were their roasted garlic and chipotle pepperoni rolls, if you didn’t get a chance to try this last year then make sure you grab a couple this summer, they are absolutely divine! They will be offering a selection of the same breads and rolls this year but stay tuned for any new flavors as these two love to experiment and try new recipes!
hey are also baking an ever-growing variety of sweet treats, taste sensations for the dessert lovers among you! Their menu will change every market day but you can expect to find a few of their specialties such as fruit soufras, crispy pie streudels, assorted profiteroles and sweet cheese buns among other tasty delights.
This year one of their new offerings will be boxed Sicilian pizza slices in various flavors, the perfect snack to keep you fueled while you shop!
