Sinnemahoning Watershed Association
Protecting groundwater within the Sinnemahoning Watershed is as important to the watershed's health as protecting its surface water, and Penn State Extension will be hosting a safe drinking water clinic in Cameron County on October 14th at the CCOYA Environmental Education Center, Cameron County Fairgrounds.
This event is FREE, covers groundwater basics, ways to protect your water source, and even testing of your water!
Make sure you register at the link so they can bring enough supplies and follow the instructions for what you will need to do before the event, including getting an unused 12 or 16 oz bottle for sample collection. This event is being offered at no charge thanks to the Master Well Owner Network grant from the PA Department of Environmental Protection.
