NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Cameron County Board of Commissioners will conduct a public hearing and consider adoption of a certain Ordinance identified hereinafter after said public hearing regarding the proposed Ordinance at a specially scheduled public meeting to be held on June 18, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. in the Conference Room located on the first floor of the Cameron County Courthouse, 20 East Fifth Street, Emporium, PA 15834.
A proposed Ordinance, to become effective upon enactment, is as entitled follows:
AN ORDINANCE ADDENDUM TO ORDINANCE NO. 95-1 of 1995, KNOWN AS
THE SUBDIVISION AND LAND DEVELOPMENT ORDINANCE OF CAMERON COUNTY, TO PROVIDE FOR THE REGULATION OF DATA CENTERS AND DATA CENTER ACCESSORY USES.
