Andrew Simon Hornung
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the unexpected passing of Mr. Andrew Simon Hornung, who entered into eternal rest on Saturday, June 6th, 2026, at the age of 38.
Born on March 12th, 1988, in Coudersport, Pennsylvania, Andrew was the son of Mary and Dennis Hornung.
In addition to his parents, Andrew is survived by his daughter Blakelyn Hornung, who was the light of his life. He is also survived by his siblings, Gideon Hornung (Bree), Thaddeus Hornung (Christine), Patrick Hornung (Diona), and Nathain Hornung (Jess), as well as his grandmother, Sandra Hornung.
Andrew was preceded in death by his brother, Joshua Hornung.
Andrew found joy in riding motorcycles, exploring the great outdoors, camping, and hunting. Professionally, he worked in residential construction. He had a natural talent for tinkering with motors and fixing things, always eager to learn and build. Andrew's greatest love was for his daughter, Blakelyn.
At this time, Andrew will be cremated and services will be held in Pennsylvania at a later date, where family and friends will gather to celebrate his life.
Andrew's legacy is one of love, laughter, and a spirit for adventure. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
