Bucktail Rod and Gun Club & CCOYA invite you to the Russell E. Rhoades Jr. Memorial Youth Event, February 17th, 2024!
Due to poor weather/ no ice, the event will be demonstrating ice fishing techniques. There will also be fun outdoor games, hot dogs and refreshments. Youth 17 and under are invited to join with an accompanying parent or guardian. There will be prizes for the kids attending, and lots to learn on Ice Fishing!
This event is in memory of Russell E. Rhoades Jr., a CCHS alumni, avid outdoorsman, and volunteer of past Youth Ice Fishing Events. Russell passed in December 2017 at the young age of 30. His passion for helping kids become more involved in the outdoors led his family to carry on his memory with helping put together this event.
