Wednesday, Nov 23rd at 10:30am- Wreath Craft with Rae. $Cost for Supplies. Stop in or Call to sign up.
Monday, Nov 28th at 6-8pm- Night Bingo!
Wednesday, Nov 30th at 8-10am- Cooked Breakfast!
Come on in for a cooked breakfast prepared by center volunteers.
Meals can be “purchased” for a donation to help offset the cost of supplies and to support the center.
Wednesday, Dec 7th at 1pm- Bingo!
Tuesday, Dec 13th at 11am-Noon- Blood Pressure Screenings
Tuesday, Dec 13th at 1pm- Club Meeting. If you are a member of the Emporium Senior Center, this is your opportunity to come and vote for the new board officers/members for 2023.
Dues for 2022 must be paid in order to vote.
Wednesday, Dec 14th at 10:30am- Suncatcher Craft with Rae. Stop in or Call to sign up.
Wednesday, Dec 21st at 1pm- Bingo!
Center will be closed on Friday Dec 23rd and Monday Dec 26th.
Upcoming Event/Opportunity
Saturday, December 3rd- The Emporium Senior Center will be holding their annual Craft and Food Sale during Christmas in the Wilds. Soup will be sold and there will be plenty of craft and vendor tables to look at and purchase from. If you are a Crafter or Vendor looking for an indoor space during this event, stop in or call the senior center at 814-486-3707 to reserve a table. Cost is $10/table. Thank You!
Grief Support Group
The Emporium Senior Center is reaching out to the community to see if there is a need for a local Grief Support Group. There are a few interested individuals at the moment. We would like to see if we have 4-8 individuals who would like to participate. The group would likely meet one time per week and be led by a care manager from Office of Human Services for 6 weeks. This would likely not begin until the Spring of 2023. If this is something that interests you, please contact the Emporium Senior Center at 814-486-3707.
