Pat Kempher, President of the Cameron County Fair Association, was the guest speaker at the Rotary luncheon meeting September 15th. Joining her was 2020 Cameron County Fair Queen, Eryn Krieg.
Due to COVID-19, fairgoers saw many changes in the way the fair operated this year. There are 108 fairs throughout Pennsylvania with only 5 taking place this year and Cameron County was one of them. There was a lot more effort that had to go into organizing this year, but fair organizers, following all the protocols of COVID-19, forged ahead and made the fair successful again this year. Pat stated that the Cameron County Fair is considered a “Century Fair”. On behalf of the Fair Committee, Pat thanks everyone who supported the fair association this year and in the past.
