The Run Strong Series is a 4-session program designed to give runners the tools to run more efficiently while significantly reducing their risk of injury. This is not a cardio or Hit class. Instead we will focus on mobility and strength to promote strong and healthy hips, knees, and ankles throughout the kinetic chain.
