Rotarian Bonnie Smith introduced Representative Martin Causer as her speaker for the March 17th luncheon meeting. Rep. Causer, a resident of Turtlepoint, graduated from the University of Pittsburgh at Bradford with a Bachelor's degree in History and Political Science. Rep. Causer serves as a republican member of the PA House of Representatives for the 67th District and was elected in 2002. He became the Republican Chairman of the newly created House Energy Committee for the 2025-2026 legislative session. Along with other committees, he continues to serve on the Environmental Quality Board. Rep. Causer is a vocal advocate for rural Health Care and the needs of emergency medical services across the state, most particularly the rural communities. Many questions were asked and responded. Rep. Causer is joined by his District Director, Rhonda Race.
