North Central is seeking public input for the 2026-2030 Regional Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS). We are inviting residents, businesses, and community leaders to participate in a short public survey to help shape the regional strategy plan.
The CEDS serves as the region’s economic roadmap, guiding priorities for workforce development, infrastructure investment, business growth, housing, innovation, and regional collaboration across Cameron, Clearfield, Elk, Jefferson, McKean and Potter Counties. The strategy also ensures the region remains eligible for federal funding assistance through the U.S. Economic Development Administration (EDA).
Community input is a critical part of the CEDS process. Survey responses will help identify the region’s strengths, challenges, and opportunities to strengthen long-term economic competitiveness and resilience.
The survey takes 8-10 minutes to complete, and responses will remain confidential.
The survey will remain open through March 20, 2026.
