f you are experiencing a medical emergency or need an ambulance, do NOT call the CCAS station directly — call 911.
Our business office is not open 24/7, and phone calls to the station are not monitored the same way as 911 calls. In addition, the on-call crew may already be out on another emergency response and unable to answer the phone.
Calling 911 ensures:
✅ Your call is answered immediately by dispatch
✅ Your location and information are properly recorded
✅ Emergency services are activated without delay
Calling the station instead of 911 can result in critical delays in getting help when minutes matter.
