If anyone recognizes this person/vehicle please contact the Emporium Borough.
We will use this as reminder that dumping in this dumpster without prior permission is considered illegal dumping. The charges that we get charged to take this dumpster to the dump have gone up, and if this continued we would have no choice but to pass that charge on to Borough residents.
