INMATE IS IN CUSTODY
BOLO from PSP Clearfield
On 07/05/23 at 0151 hours, PSP Clearfield was notified by SCI QUEHANNA that inmate Joshua David LACKEY had escaped.
LACKEY was last seen running into a wooded area near SCI QUEHANNA.
LACKEY is currently believed to still be in the area near SCI QUEHANNA.
LACKEY is a white male, 6'2" approximately 200 pounds with brown hair and beard.
LACKEY has three face tattoos one between his eyes and one at the bottom corner of each of his eyes in blue ink.
