Cameron County Farmers Market
We are excited to have Steve Marconi joining us at the market this weekend.
Steve is the Penn State Extension Master Gardener for Elk and Cameron counties and he will be at the market to share his extensive knowledge of all things gardening.
Steve will be available to answer questions about all horticultural issues and he would also like to share information about becoming a Master Gardener to any that may be interested.
He will have copies of some the programs he offers such as beginner gardening, improving garden soil and seed saving.
He will also have information on the Spotted Lanternfly, an invasive species which Cameron county unfortunately has and is under quarantine.
In addition he will also have activities for the kids so make sure to stop by and visit Steve this Saturday 22 July at the Emporium Town Square, 9am to 12pm.
