COUDERSPORT/EMPORIUM HYBRID EMT TRAINING OPPORTUNITY!!

 

ATTENTION: COUDERSPORT/EMPORIUM HYBRID EMT TRAINING OPPORTUNITY!

 The IUP Division of Emergency Services Training announces an Online/Hybrid Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) course to be held at Coudersport Ambulance/Emporium Fire Hall. This program is primarily designed for future EMS personnel but is appropriate for anyone who may respond to emergencies, including fire/rescue personnel, nurses, coaches or athletic trainers, safety professionals, and others. Participants who successfully complete this program are eligible to take National Registry of EMT certification exams for both Pennsylvania certification and National certification as an EMT.

Dates: April 11, 2022, through July 25, 2022 

First Session: Monday, April 11, 2022, 6-10 p.m. via Zoom (MANDATORY)

Lab Sessions: Saturday/Sunday 9 a.m. TO 5 p.m. (MANDATORY) Saturday/Sunday May 14-15, 2022 Saturday/Sunday June 25-26, 2022 Saturday/Sunday July 16-17, 2022

Students shall go to https://www.iup.edu/rural-health-safety/est/coudersport-hybrid-emt/index.html. Follow the directions provided to complete the initial registration. All students will register under the Coudersport class. If attending at Emporium call Robbin Cessna at 814-781-3343.
