Bari Michael Poorman of Smyrna, Delaware passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, Feb 13, 2022 at the age of 55.
Bari was born on August 19, 1966 in Wilmington, Delaware to his parents, Bari and Rita Poorman. He is survived by his wife, Karen Poorman; daughter, Savannah Poorman; stepdaughters, Katrina and Haley Riggs; grandchildren, Jacob and Jaxson; parents and sister, Julie Huesman.
Bari spent the last 12 years working for GFL Environmental. He was a hard worker, both at work and home. He loved his family, spending time with his grandsons, and working on projects around the house. Bari was respected and loved by all who knew him. He will be sorely missed.
Visitation is scheduled for family and friends on Thursday, February 24, 2022 at Faries Funeral Home in Smyrna, Delaware. Friends are welcome to pay respects between 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. with a small service for family to follow.
