The 66th annual Drum and Henry Fishing derby is scheduled for June 6th at the Bucktail Rod and Gun Club. This event is for all ages 14 and younger and will start at 1:00pm.
Hot dogs and drinks are free for the kids. This is a live bait only event and no pets allowed on the premises the day of the derby. All registered youth 14 and younger will be eligible for a prize. The youth 14yrs and younger can continue to enjoy fishing the Bucktail Pond through June 20. The pond will be closed to adults during that time. The same rules apply through this time period as during the Derby. Please practice all current social distancing guidelines while on the Club property. The Derby is made possible by the financial help of several individuals, local businesses and the Emporium Foundation.
The Bucktail Rod and Gun Club and Derby Committee are looking for volunteers.
