Cameron County Farmers Market
Only a few days until our first market of the season so it's time to kick start our Vendor Spotlights!
First up is a familiar face to the Cameron County Farmers Market—Tom Spolski of Spolski Maple! 🍁
Tom has been producing his incredible maple syrup right here in Cameron County for over 15 years, and his operation is as impressive as ever.
Tapping around 460 soft maple trees across multiple locations, including Hunts Run, Tom is still very much a one-man show—handling everything from collection to bottling himself.
Using a tubing system and reverse osmosis process, Tom efficiently transforms sap into the rich, golden syrup we all love. After careful boiling and filtering, the result is a smooth, high-quality syrup that’s perfect for pancakes, baking, drinks, and more.
This year, he’s bringing an amazing selection, including:
�• Dark and amber maple syrup
�
• Golden syrup available in pints, quarts, and even half & full gallons
�
• Infused flavors like bourbon, blueberry, vanilla, cinnamon, coffee, and habanero
�
• His ever-popular maple mustard (both regular and hot!)
�• Maple crème – smooth, rich, and absolutely delicious
And if all goes to plan, Tom may also have maple candy and even maple peanuts available—so keep an eye out for those special treats!
You can find Tom at the Emporium Town Square this Saturday, May 9th, from 9am to 12pm .
