Emporium Borough
Residents are NOT permitted to place any items or trash inside the refuse (smaller) dumpster at the Emporium Borough Maintenance Shed on East Second Street unless they have called the office (814-486-0768 extension 221) first to make arrangements. Security cameras have been installed at the location to record license plate numbers. RESIDENTS may use the brush dumpster at any time to dispose of lawn clippings, branches, leaves, and other yard debris only.
