Prospect Park Playground 348 Arch Drive, Emporium, PA 15834
All are welcome to come to the playground. Our supervisor is there from 10 to 2 Monday thru Friday. During that time we have programs for the children and the building is open allowing access to a water fountain, a bathroom , air hockey, pool tables and all the equipment inside. Other times the outside playground is available.
A bag lunch, supplied by the library downtown, is available to children under 16, as long as they have signed in by 11:00 am. The sign in sheet is used to get the lunches.
This week, June 17, is to be very hot. The inside of building is cool and does offer many activities for the children. Parents are always welcome, and snacks and drinks welcome.
We do have a refrigerator inside where we keep freeze pops and drinks for the kids.
Just a reminder, on program days only, pizza is delivered for lunch.
We do have a grandmother, Paula Singer, who makes brownies on those days.
The kids love them!
