Mountain Paws Grooming & Boarding
We've been having a big issue lately with people not showing up for grooming appointments or calling to cancel on the same day as their appointment. It has been happening almost daily.
Please understand that our time is just as valuable as your time so I'm sharing our cancellation policy with you all again.
****1st no show or same day cancel- no problem. We get it! We all forget or get distracted.
***2nd no show or same day cancel- I'm paying staff to sit there and do nothing when you don't show up. There is a $10 fee for your 2nd no show.
***3rd no show or same day cancel- We will not groom your dog unless you pay for the groom that you missed. If your dog's groom is usually $45, then we won't reschedule your dog until you pay $45 for the appointment you missed.
This may sound harsh but we are losing income when you don't show up and I'm paying an employee on top of that.
***4th no show- please find another groomer.
We love our clients and we love how busy we have been lately but the no- shows (especially by the same clients over and over) are weighing heavily on the flow of our work. If you need to reschedule your appointment that's absolutely no problem if you let us know the day before the appointment.
