Yesterday, we had the opportunity to work with the Cameron County Conservation District, near Hunts Run, to perform maintenance on previously planted trees and to plant some additional ones.
These trees will help filter out any pollutants or excess nutrients before they reach the waterway.
They will also provide shade to cool the waterways for any fish.
Also pictured below is a grouse that took its time crossing the road on the way home.
