Emporium Rotary Club this week. She spoke about ongoing and upcoming
events at the Barbara M. Brown Memorial Library, including their new

This week, the Emporium Rotary Club inducted two new members: Horacio
Carpio (left) and Brooke Forsythe (right). Horacio and his wife, Denyse
Carpio, are owners of local new business, Cameron County Mercantile.
Brooke Forsythe is the new Bank Manager and Northwest Bank in Emporium.
