Congratulations are in order for our client, Lorraine Capital, LLC, for their recent acquisition of ICM Controls – the largest deal in their nine-year history.

Mitchell Ream is a former Cameron County resident.
Son of Teresa and Jeff Ream
Mr. Ream focuses his practice in the Banking and Financial Transactions practice at Lippes Mathias where he represents regional, national and international senior lenders, equity sponsors and borrowers in senior debt and mezzanine financing arrangements. He assists clients with secured transactions, asset-based financing, acquisition financing, syndicated loan transactions and loan participations. He also provides support to the firm’s Corporate Practice Team on various general corporate transactional matters. Prior to joining the firm as an attorney, Mr. Ream participated in the firm’s Summer Associate Program.
Mr. Ream is a 2018 graduate of the Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law. While in law school, he worked as an intern with in-house counsel for an e-commerce company, providing assistance on a wide variety of legal issues. He also served as a teaching assistant for first-year law students. Mr. Ream was published as a staff writer in Volume 28 of the Villanova Environmental Law Journal. He later served as the journal’s Executive Editor.
