Justine Palmer, Pentz Run Youth Services Coordinator for Cameron County, was the guest speaker at the April 27th Rotary luncheon meeting. Pentz Run Youth Services, Inc. Independent Living Program is an organization helping youth ages 14 to 21 make a smooth transition into adulthood. The community based program will encompasses all aspects of independent living. The program is voluntary and provided to eligible youth at no cost. A few of the services they offer are; basic housing management, learning the benefits of living a healthy lifestyle, budgeting & banking support, career planning and support, assistance finding housing and referrals to other community programs as needed.
