Healthcare and the Patient Experience at Penn Highlands was the topic at the Rotary luncheon meeting, April 13th. Rotarian, Ron Luckenbill, introduced guest speaker, Nan Apps, System Director/Patient Experience Officer at Penn Highlands Healthcare who spoke about how Penn Highlands is striving to improve the patient experience within their facilities, and updates on renovations along with new healthcare options forthcoming at Penn Highlands Dubois.
