Rich Valley Wines will be offering a limited number of handmade Sushi boards this weekend for pickup or local delivery!
To order visit www.RichValleyWines.com and select the Sushi Board ToGo listed for the day of your pickup (Sushi Board ToGo Friday, Saturday, or Sunday).
We will have 8 available each day for purchase through the site in advance.
The Sushi (not to be confused with raw Sashimi) will consist of 3 pieces each Philly Roll, Veggie Roll, and Shrimp Tempura. Each board will come with two sets of chopsticks, Soy Sauce, and Wasabi.
We paired it with RVW's newest bottled red wine, Alicante Bouschet and were very pleased with how they complimented each other. Alicante has fruity notes that we could both taste right away, without the added sugar and sweetness of a fruit wine. Try adding one to your order for the weekend if you enjoy a good semi dry red wine and want to expand your palate a little bit!
The only Sushi that I eat is pickled herring!
