We have established a new process for window visits on the skilled nursing side of our building.
We are asking everyone to follow these protocols.
*In order to protect roommate and resident privacy, we will be holding window visits at the back of our dining room.
*All window visits should be scheduled through the Activity Department by calling Pat at 814-486-3736 ext 242 or Social Services by calling Nicole at 814-486-4857.
*Social distancing and visitor restrictions are still in place, so no visitors are allowed in the building.
*We will provide a phone to the resident so that you are able to call from your cell phone to communicate with your loved one.
Please be respectful and DO NOT visit resident rooms unannounced!
You may frighten someone or interrupt privacy during care.
