Over the holidays we worked diligently to get our label approvals.
Here is a sneak peek at our simple labels we will open with.
Winery Update!
Although we started this journey in the spring of 2019, due to the time it takes to process paperwork with several state and federal agencies we missed the holiday season :( This was a major blow that impacts the finances but allowed us to get things in order.
We have received the approval on the first of our labels from the TTB (Federal). This crucial step allows us to finalize the release of our state license.
With all of that being said we plan on opening sometime in January 2020! It will be a work in progress so bear with us as we figure things out in Cameron County's first ever Winery!
