Isabelle F. Hastings

Isabelle F. Hastings, 75, of 324 W 4th St.,#217, Emporium died at her residence on Saturday (January 14, 2012) afternoon following a lengthy illness.

She was born September 15, 1936 in Wilkes Barre a daughter of the late Loren W. and Eva Jane Garris Thompson, Sr.

Isabelle enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren.

Son: Stanley G. Hastings, Jr. and his wife Dorothy, Emporium

4 Grandchildren Brandon and Kaleena Alloe and Brian and Stephanie Hastings.

Sister: Mildred Gardner, Winder, GA

Several: Nieces and nephews

Parents: Loren W. and Eva Jane Garris Thompson, Sr.

Grandson: Eric in infancy

3 Brothers: Wallace, Edwin and Loren Thompson, Jr.

3 Sisters: Zelma Whiting, Marie McDaniels and Betty Shields

There will be No Visitation. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Service at the Barnett Funeral Home 207 E. Fourth Street, Emporium on Tuesday, January 17, 2012 at 11:00 AM with Rev. Rock Pifer, Pastor, Free Metholist Church, officiating.

Burial will be in the Carverton Cemetery, Luzerne County, PA
