The Emporium Wellness Center Weight Loss Support Group still meets each Wednesday at 5 PM.
No cost for Wellness members. Non-members pay $5.00.
The $5 allows for the person to attend the meeting, participate in the exercise class following the meeting and work out on the equipment that day,
If anyone has questions, they can call Carol at 486-1321 or Jill at 486.1876.
At the meeting we weighin - do different types of exercise or you can work out in the center.
Anyone is welcome to join at any time!
