Rotary Club of Emporium
CCHS student Kelsie Kearney moved on to the Regional 4-Way Speech Contest in State College on March 8th!
Kelsie is pictured below with Rotarian Denyse Caprio and Committee Chair Art Leach.
Not pictured but also in attendance was Rotarian Horacio Carpio.
Kelsie did not advance to the next round but she did an incredible job and our club is very proud of her achievement!
