As many of you may have already heard but many may still not know, it is with a heavy heart that we share the difficult news that Gorlowski Pediatrics will be officially closing its doors, effective June 19, 2025. 💔
This decision comes with mixed emotions, as we have had the honor and privilege of serving you and your children throughout the years. Active patient notices have been delivered to the post office this morning and will be delivered throughout the next couple days.
June will mark 30 years that Dr. Gorlowski has proudly served his hometown community with compassionate pediatric care. Thirty years filled with laughs, memories, and amazing connections with each and every one of you and your families.
Your trust in us has meant the world, and we are deeply grateful for the relationships we've built over these years. We promise they will not be forgotten! 💞
We understand that this news may bring uncertainty, but please know that we are here to support you during this transition. If you have any questions or need assistance, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We’re here for you every step of the way. We will be available for appointments until May 15, 2025. Please contact the office to schedule any necessary appointments or follow-ups before that date.
A signed written release will be needed to transfer your child's chart to a physician of your choice or to have it released to you directly. We strongly recommend that you find a new physician to take care of your medical needs after the practice closes. We are happy to provide a list of local physicians who may be able to assist based on your child's individual needs.
Saying goodbye is never easy, but we’re confident that you’ll continue to receive the excellent care you deserve.
