Mary M. Carnes, 69, of Emporium, passed away unexpectedly at her home on Wednesday, March 5, 2025.
She was born on December 21, 1955 in St. Marys, PA, a daughter of the late Joseph and Winifred Schrift.
Mary was a lifelong resident of the area and worked for many years at Innovative Sintered Metals.
An avid reader, Mary could often be found with a good book.
She also loved the outdoors and greatly enjoyed botany.
She is survived by her longtime companion, Tom Miller of Emporium, and his family.
Funeral and Committal Services are being held privately and at the convenience of the family.
Memorial Contributions may be made to a favorite charity.
