🍷We started Rich Valley Wines in 2020 and have met our goal of becoming a unique destination for both local residents and visitors to our area. We are the 1st and only winery in Cameron County!

🍷 Rich Valley Wines is a turn key business, are you the right person or persons to continue what we have started, taking it to its next level? There is so much potential and room for growth with RVW. 📈 Included in the sale is the📍 400 East Allegheny Ave Tasting Room with parking lot, inventory of RVW made Wines🍷, Pennsylvania Liquors and PA Craft Beers🍺

Sale includes all of the equipment for making wine 🍇(yes, we make our own wine!). We have 10 stainless steel variable volume tanks 220L (58Gal). There is one 20 plate 20cm x 20cm plate filter with pump. Also included is a 6 head gravity bottling system with 10 gallon storage tank and pump. It includes extra hoses and lots of fittings, along with other tools of the trade. 10 foot stainless 3 tub sink, Electric Oven industrial shelving, stainless steel tables, and more.

The 🍷tasting room includes the Square Point of Sale System, a Scottsman Nugget Ice Machine 🧊(new in 2023), Avantco 3 glass door back bar cooler and Food prep table with refrigeration, 2 Slushie machines for the ever popular Rich Valley Wines Wine Slushies ❄️🍷- 1 Dual 1.5 Gallon Tank Slushie Machine and 1 Dual 3 Gallon Tank Slushie Machine, Hobart Low Temp Commercial Dishwasher (2min cycle time) 🎹1 Antique Player Piano.

The sale will includes some assistance in the process of filing for the needed licenses, completing required courses as well as training on wine making, running the front of the house, and the paperwork that needs filed monthly, quarterly and yearly.
