The Emporium Rotary Club welcomed two special guests to their weekly meeting on 9/10.
Area Governor, Sharon Fitzgerald (left) of Coudersport, PA and District Governor, Pam Wagoner (center) of Martinsburg, WV are pictured here with Emporium Rotary Club President, Mike Daley (right).
Pam has been a very active member of Rotary since 2008 and gave some very informative and inspiring Rotary history tidbits. She spoke to our club about some of the upcoming programs such as the Pets for Polio calendar contest, the Rotary Spring Conference & 4-Way Test Speech Contest, Rotary Foundation Dinner, 2024 Foundation Walk, and more! Pam also highlighted the importance and difficulty of Polio eradication globally. She has commended our club for our ongoing efforts in obtaining new members and the strength and accomplishments of our current members.
