The Youth Turkey Hunting Event

Saturday, April 22nd marked the opening day of Pennsylvania’s youth Turkey hunting season. 

The Youth Turkey Hunting Event between Cameron County Outdoor Youth Activities and Cameron County Longbeards Chapter of the National Wild Turkey Federation was a great success, and we’d like to congratulate all those who spent an early morning in the woods- especially those that were lucky enough to tag out opening morning! An additional special thank you to Pennsylvania Game Warden Griffin Gdovin for joining the group at the afternoon event to visit with the youth hunters & celebrate the successful harvests.
