BUSINESS MANAGER VACANCY
The Cameron County School District is now accepting applications for the position of Business Manager to oversee all aspects of the Business Office and provide expert guidance and advice to the Superintendent and the Board of School Directors on all related financial matters.
The po-sition is responsible for ensuring that the Cameron County School District maintains efficient and effective financial and operating systems and processes. The position works closely with the superintendent to promote high service levels and accountability across its business and opera-tions functions, while continuously seeking to improve resource utilization.
The successful appli-cant must be knowledgeable in budgeting, financial planning, cash management, federal/state reporting requirements related to school funding, fund accounting, food service operations, grant management, and technology applications for management of the overall business office.
Minimum requirement is a Bachelor's Degree.
