Daniel F. Cobb, 65, of West Fifth Street, Emporium, died Monday October 3, 2022 in Erie County Medical Center, Buffalo, NY.
Daniel was born November 20, 1956 in Eldred, PA and was the son of Fred and Ella Lefter Cobb. He was married to Linda D. Cobb who died April 19, 2018
He attended Eldred High School and served in the US Navy. He was employed as a Park Ranger at Bendigo State Park in Elk Co. and for a short time by Pennsylvania Pressed Metals In Emporium.
Daniel is survived by: two sons, Joseph Michael Cobb of Agawam, Massachusetts and Daniel F. Cobb, Jr.; one daughter, Kira Marie Cobb of Kersey; one brother, Thomas Cobb of Warren; one daughter-in-law, Angela Cobb of Emporium; five grandchildren and also nieces and nephews.
In addition to his wife and parents, he was predeceased by a brother Jerry Cobb.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, October 8, 2022 in the Coppersmith-Condon Funeral Home, Emporium from 10 until 11 a.m. at which time Funeral and Committal Services will be held with Pastor Greg Newkirk of the Cameron County Christian Center officiating.
Burial will be in Newton Cemetery, Emporium.
