Cameron County Farmers Market - this Saturday!

Cameron County Farmers Market 

 We are counting down to the our last farmers market of the season, coming to the Emporium Town Square this Saturday, 8th October, 9am to 12.30pm! Our growers will be bringing their final harvests to sell so this will be your last chance to grab some fresh vegetables for the table, grown with love by our hard-working local farmers! We will also have a selection of delicious baked goods from our talented bakers, beautiful artwork by our inspiring artists, fun handmade crafts by our creative artisans, gorgeous beeswax products from our busy apiarists and essential oils by our natural health expert! There will be something there for everyone so come on down to pick up your groceries for the week, get an early start on your Christmas shopping and support your local farmers market! Here is the list of vendors you will find at the farmers market this Saturday:

LAURA & THERESA ZOSCHG: 
This mother and daughter duo will be selling their delicious home-baked breads and rolls, including white, sweet brown, rye and high protein breads, vorte Limpa, and pitas. Accepting cash only.

MIKE THOMPSON: 
Mike is one of our local growers and will be selling a mix of fresh vegetables including bell and wax peppers, beets, green beans, acorn and butternut squash. Accepting cash only.

SARAH JANE DALEY: 
Sarah is a local artist who will be offering some of her beautiful canvas paintings, mini-paintings and hand painted pumpkin wine glass/candle holders. Sarah will be accepting cash and Venmo. Personal checks are acceptable for larger purchases (over $50.00).

D'S QUEEN BEES: 
Dylan & Ashley Major will be selling their aromatic selection of apiary products including honey, candles, soaps, lip balms and wax melts. They will be accepting cash, PayPal or Venmo.

SOUTHERN TIER GARDENS:
 Randy Bailey will be selling his last harvest of the season including 5 varieties of peppers and pumpkins. Accepting cash only.

PURPLE DOVE KEEPSAKES: 
Melissa Grimes has a collection of beautifully crocheted, sewn and knitted items including Raggedy Ann and Andy Dolls and fall/Halloween inspired items. Accepting cash only.

DAVID ENGLISH:
 Dave will be bringing a trailer full of large pumpkins so if you’re looking for pumpkins to carve come and get yours from him this weekend! He’ll also have some spaghetti squash for sale. Accepting cash only.

LINDSEY & JOSH ZUCAL: 
The Zucals will be offering Lindsey’s very popular home-baked sourdough breads and their farm fresh eggs. Accepting cash only.

ESTHER MCCURLEY: 
Esther will be making her market debut this month with her gorgeous selection of canvas paintings, wildlife paintings on leaves and handmade earrings. Accepting cash.

KARIE ZOSCHG: 
Karie will be offering her collection of essential oils. She will be offering mini workshops with a Halloween candy theme where you can make your own oils and take them home. Karie will be accepting cash, check, Venmo or PayPal.

KRISTIN THOMSON: 
Kristin will be selling her scrumptious home-baked banana bread, pumpkin bread and granola. Cash only.

TIM & JEN OLIVETT: 
Tim & Jen will be hitting the auctions again and hoping to come back with Cortland apples by the bushel, half-bushel and peck, big candy onions and 3-liter cans of Greek Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Accepting cash only.

SYLVAN HERITAGE COUNCIL: 
Will be selling raffle tickets to raise funds for the pocket park they are building on 4th St, next to the Artisan Center. The winner takes home a beautiful, handmade quilt with all proceeds going to the park.

VALERIE VAN BREUGEL: 
Valerie will be selling the last of her garden produce including sweet potatoes and Pac Choi. Accepting cash only.
