GKN & GKN EMPLOYEES DONATE TO THE CC COMMUNITY CHEST 2021 FUND DRIVE

GKN & GKN EMPLOYEES DONATE TOTHE CAMERON COUNTY COMMUNITY CHEST 2021 FUND DRIVE

Shown in the picture are Cherokee Schnieder, HR Business Partner at GKN presenting a check for $7,451 to Jill Carlson CCCC Fund Drive Chairperson. The Community Chest Fund Drive sign was designed by Polly Klingel and made by GKN Employees.

Over the past 45 years GKN Sinter Metals Emporium (originally PPM) has been supporting the Cameron County Community Chest via employee contributions through payroll deduction, fundraising events throughout the year and company donation. Since the inception of this program, GKN has been a major contributor to the Cameron County Community Chest in helping it to meet the fund drive goals. Over the years since the program started, GKN has raised between 25% and 67% of the funds needed to hit the goals of the Community Chest.

This year the donations from GKN and its employees total $7,451. This represents 39% of the $19,000 goal. The CCCC commends GKN and their employees for their continued support of the Cameron County Community Chest.

With the donation from GKN, we have collected $17,475 toward our $19,000 goal. Thanks to all who have contributed to the 2021 Fund Drive.

We still need your support. No donation/memorial is too small!

We will keep this drive open through September 2021.

Please send your tax-deductible contribution to: Cameron County Community Chest, PO Box 134, Emporium, PA. 15834, Attn: Judd Schager. Or, go to our Face book page for the convenience of using Pay-pal. Help to support the Recreation Board, Community Nurses, Red Cross, Friends of the Library, Package Team, Garden Club, Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts, Sylvan Heritage, 4-H, SPCA, and Special Community Requests.
